Laser Alignment Measurment System LLA100D

Application

1)Active sensing area: LLA50D: 48.7mm, LLA100D: 97.5mm

2)Exposure time: 100us to 100ms
3)Saturated Light Intensity: 90 nJ/cm2
4)Sampling rate: up to 120Hz (@100us exposure time)
5)Effective updating rate:  20 to 40Hz * transfer signal to
LLA50C/ LLA100C controller
6)Measured laser’s center position resolution:  0.01mm
7)Measured laser’s center position accuracy:
EYE Mode: +/-0.035mm.
PEAK Mode: +/-0.045mm
(*Tested in 635nm 5mW laser, maybe affected by environment light)
8)Display: OLED /LCD 128X64 resolution
9)Power: DC 9V
10)Connection and protocol: RS485,  6p6C RJ12 connector

11)Connection Distance: Standard RJ12 line can up to 20m

ID Switch: Can use up to 16 sensor in one network, but common connection ID is 0 to 3, 4 sensors.
Up/ Fast Up: To increase the light trigger level or exposure time. Fast Up for long press over 3s
Down/ Fast Down: To reduce the light trigger level or exposure time. Fast Down for long press over 3s
=0: press to set the current center as zero.
AE /EYE/PEAK:  Press and release to change between AE auto exposure or ME manual exposure mode.
Long press for 3s to switch between EYE or PEAK mode (if controller is connected, controller will be master and can’t change in detector)
When detector is in AE mode, the Trigger level will flash,  you can then use Up and Down key to set the trigger level.
If detector is in ME manual mode, the exposure time will flash, you can then set the exposure time from 100us to 100ms.

******CAUTION!!******
One single RS485 network, must only one unique ID number. If you are using 4 detector, the setting must be one ID 0, one ID 1, one ID 2, one ID 3.  If there is same ID number in a single network, it may cause the communication error and damage the system.

Features

LLA50/100D is using linear optical CCD sensor to detect laser light, and using advanced algorithm to calculate the laser light peak/ visible center absolute position.
linear sensor array consists up to 1536 photodiodes (100D), each with associated charge amplifier circuitry, aligned to form a contiguous 1536 × 1 pixel array.
After internal microprocessor and DSP’s calculate the light shape mass of center, we can provide up to 0.01mm resolution and 0.035mm absolute accuracy.
The device incorporates a pixel data-hold function that provides simultaneous-integration start and stop times for all pixels.  Using extra fast auto-exposure method to capture image from 100us to 100ms exposure time.
Because of the short exposure time, we can directly capture CLASS2 laser light without filter.
The device is intended for use in a wide variety of applications including construction, equipment, optical research’s positioning, and optical encoding.
